Happy People

At Aviko, we develop plant-based alternatives across all product categories. We believe it is important to support our customers in making the transition towards more plant-based eating. The potato is our plant-based hero, and we proudly use it to make plant-based food more appealing. In 2025, this resulted, among other things, in the introduction of a mashed potato without milk or butter, as well as a plant-based potato gratin. Fully fledged and more sustainable alternatives, offering the same functionality and taste as their classic counterparts.

Proven taste

Plant-based alternatives should never compromise on taste — in fact, they should ideally taste even better. That is why flavour played a central role in the development of the One-for-All Gratin. The gratin was awarded the Superior Taste Award by the International Taste Institute. An important milestone that makes choosing a more sustainable alternative increasingly attractive for our customers.

Inclusive, efficient and more sustainable

The One-for-All Gratin is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. Free from dairy and animal ingredients, yet with a creamy texture and rich flavour. One single product meets a wide range of dietary requirements, without making distinctions on the plate. This makes the plant-based variant ideal for inclusive menus in catering, large-scale kitchens and full-service restaurants.

"With this plant-based gratin, we offer professional kitchens a fully fledged alternative, enabling them to consciously choose a more sustainable option.

Willem Fijten, Director of Innovations at Aviko:
“With this plant-based gratin, we offer professional kitchens a fully fledged alternative, enabling them to consciously choose a more sustainable option. Instead of working with multiple variants, chefs can use one solution for all guests. This also results in less food waste and saves time in the kitchen.”
